Return Instructions

Our general rules for returns are:

  • 30 day limit from date you receive your package for all merchandise purchased throughout the year except during our Christmas Sale
  • 45 day limit from date you receive your package for all merchandise purchased during our Christmas Sale (Click to see duration)
  • Merchandise to be returned should be unused and undamaged
  • A 15% restocking fee (calculated of item's list price) will be applied on ALL returns that do not qualify for our "Free Size Exchange" program or are defective items.
  • All returns are to be sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS only.
  • Fees are refundable except shipping fees, with the exception of the returns outlined below:
  • We will cover shipping on defective products & free size exchanges only, with any other return the customer is expected to pay for return shipping.
  • Free size exchange only means size exchange in apparel only, not an exchange to a different product.
  • Only one free size exchange per customer.
  • No returns on closeout items. Closeout sales are final.
  • Any defect or issue found with a product must be reported with in 15 calendar days of receiving the filed after the 15 calendar day mark will be declined.


Return procedure:

  • You will receive a Return Label Via email from us which you need to print and paste onto the box.
  • Retain the tracking number and use it for every correspondence with us.
  • It takes a maximum of two weeks for refunds to reach the customer.
  • Returns which are incomplete and have items missing may be subject to additional charges.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damages or missing packages.
  • Packages that do not meet this criteria may be returned but will be subject to 15% restocking fee minus shipping charges.
  • All items do not fall under the return policy so please make a note of this before you buy, return or exchange anything.


For all product replacements we offer one month warranty which is over and above the product warranty offered by the manufacturer. Please go through the terms and conditions as well as the complete return policy.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If your order arrives and you feel it’s not right, we are here to fix the situation. We offer 45 days money back guarantee if you choose to but we can just as easily do a size exchange if that is the problem.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We promise there will be no nonsense. If you need to replace or return and get a refund we will still welcome you.


All closeout items are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final



Free shipping is only available on items worth more than $99 or more before taxes. Furthermore, it is only available to addresses within the Continental U.S. This excludes all addresses in Alaska & Hawaii.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note, as we are working with several different vendors to fulfill your order as soon as we can, we might break down your order into several shipments. When it happens, you will receive several emails with each shipment tracking number.


Shipping Policy:
We have multiple warehouses across the country, in both East Coast & West Coast, to facilitate our customers with fastest delivery times. We also offer Free shipping on all orders above $99.

Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii residents. In fact, there is a flat rate shipping rate of $79.99 for orders placed in these two states. Also, there will be an additional 2-4 shipping days added to our regular 3-5 business day shipping times.

We are not currently shipping to Puerto Rico.

All orders are shipped on same day, if ordered before noon EST, and you’ll get your order tracking number within 4-5 hours.

Our customer support department works from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM EST.
Saturday 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST

We use all the major shipping carriers i.e. U.S Postal Services (USPS), UPS & FedEx. So no matter where you are located in continental United States we assure your order is delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days.

However, we aren’t currently shipping to P.O Box nor A.P.O addresses.
