Can I expedite my order being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Can I expedite my shipping?
The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Pacific on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. Some products have the option to expedite while others do not. The checkout page will allow you to see all these options. Please note that only the orders placed before 1PM pacific time( West Coast Time) Will be the only orders that will qualify for this. Any order placed after 1 pm will be shipped out the next day. Please contact the customer support Team Please note that we do not provide Expedited shipping for the following.Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. Some parts do not qualify for international shipping. Please contact us to find out if the part you are interested in qualifies for internation shipping and how much would it cost you.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses
How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii?
Order are usually shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via Usps.
How are orders shipped to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses?
Usps is the preferred way to ship however other carriers are also used.
How can I track my order?
Within a few minutes of placing the order you will be emailed a receipt. Within next 24-48 hours you will get an Ups/Fed Ex/ Usps Tracking number emailed to you. You may track your package using these numbers.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.
Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.
We understand that you need your part immediately and at motorcycle house we do our best to get it out as soon as possible. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days before you receive your order.
I just placed an order online, when will I get my order?
Depending on the shipping options that you have chosen, your delivery day will fall into one of these categories:
I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows my order was delivered. How is that possible?
Ups follows a practice of recycling their numbers. This may cause them to generate a number that has been issued previously to you. If this happens please contact us and we will be happy help you.
Oops! I accidentally placed my order with normal 4-5 business day delivery shipping, but I need the order tomorrow!
No problem, if you contact us immediately after placing the order we will try to change it by charging you the difference in shipping. However if the package has left our facility we would not be able to make any changes.
Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
OK, so you got the receipt after placing your order and the shipping address is wrong. Please contact us immediately. We will try to do our best to make the appropriate change. If we can not do so we will try to contact ups and get the necessary change done. Ups sometime charges for such change so please keep that in mind.
What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
It depends on the size and volume of the product.
What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
All orders shipped to a destination within the United States, U.S. Territories, free of charge.
All orders (over $89 value) are shipped for free.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion. In addition, any order placed for a gift card will require a signature upon delivery .
We usually do not ask for the signature. However if you request such service we will provide that.
